Our PROMISED dress is a body hugging skirt and a loose tank all in one. It has a satin dotted design on its top, adjustable straps, a hidden snap button closure on its front for a secure neckline, a shirred skirt with a little ruffle on its bottom seam.

Runs true to size. Skirt has a great amount of stretch.
