Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days.

We are happy to offer an EASY RETURN PORTAL that makes exchanges and returns a breeze! You can decide, on your own timing if you'd like to exchange for a different size, for that other piece you've been eyeing, a store credit for later use or simply need a refund.

Need a different size? Use our "Return portal" to ask for an exchange. Once you have entered your order number and email address, you will have the option to pick which item you wish to exchange and you can do so immediately by seeing its availability and cost. Exchanges have no shipping costs. The return label will be sent to you and the desired size items placed on hold until the wrong size is received back, typically within 2 business days with our priority mail labels. From there, the new size will be sent to you same day!

Gifts and free items cannot be exchanged.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and have all tags still attached. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items can not be returned if:

- Item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- More than 30 days since delivery have passed

-  They are clearance items from the clearance collection

 Unfortunately items marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 • When using our easy return portal, shipping costs are simply deducted from the amount refunded for the items you wish to send back so you don’t have to pay for anything extra.

Upon deciding on which items you want refunded, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label to print and stick on your return (typically $11 for standard weight items).

You can use any shipping box you wish however the items themselves have to be sent back in original packaging. Promo cards and catalogs are for you to keep and don't need to be sent back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing your refund. 

Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Once your return has been processed you will be refunded on the original form of payment used for that order.

Using our "Return Portal". You will be able to track the status of your return conveniently at any time. 

Additionally, you can, of course, decide to mail your item back on your own and handle all shipping costs using the return address provided above. The use of a tracking number is highly recommended.
